From the Norwegian magazine, PanoramaMusikk:

Det er velkjent at David Eugene Edwards og hans 16 Horsepower gjorde et uslettelig inntrykk da de var i Bergen for ganske nøyaktig to år siden.

The Garage, the venue for this show - proofed to be a dark basement with a very low ceiling and pillars in the wrong places. The 'stage' was - very unfortunately - crammed into a corner of the room: tiny, low and surrounded by crush-barriers. Due to this unfavourable situation the only people who had a good view of the band were those that had managed to secure a place in front. The show was to start at 10.30, but eventually Woven Hand trod upon the 'stage' around 11 o'clock. The room was pretty crowded and people were huddled together. They stood on chairs and on the staircase, which was in the middle of the place, in order too see something, anything.

The concert was good and full of passion, in which David Eugene Edwards seemed to lose himself again during some songs. From the audience came the request to "Stand up, so we can see you!". Which prompted David to stand up with his guitar in the air to convey that he could not play that way. "Why don't you all sit on the floor?" was his reply. A while later the tourmanager made an attempt at getting everyone to sit down, but unfortunately for most, no one complied with this request. During 'Aeolian Harp' the audience again called to "Get up, stand up" whereupon David replied "Hey, I'm playing the organ!". Ordy Garrison's snare-drum broke down during 'Last Fist' and he succeeded in repairing it during the song whilst not forgetting to hit the drums now and then at the right moments!

The crowd were very enthusiastic. In the front rows a group of people were singing along at the top of their voices and during 'Arrowhead' for a moment it looked as if the crush-barriers would collapse. After 'Down in your Forest' the band disappeared through the packed multitude not to return, despite the enthusiastic shouts for an encore. Too crowded, too hot, too...
