16 Horsepower played Lowlands for the second time, first time was in 1996. Just a day before the release of Low Estate they performed at this "alternative" music festival. This festival is well-known for introducing fairly new bands, so that they get an opportunity to get their music heard and can work their way up to bigger festivals in the lowlands, like Pinkpop or Werchter.
